Buckle up, because I’m about to take you on a journey that began with CARSOME’s mission to bid farewell to branding problems. As the sun set on Q2 and Q3, 2022, CARSOME (Thailand) Co., Ltd faced a challenge—raising brand awareness and trustworthiness. Armed with just 7 million baht and a 3-month timeline, my task was clear: make CARSOME known and loved among 25-45-year-old individuals who appreciate the finer things in life.

Design Alchemy:

In a world where trust and credibility are paramount, I crafted a campaign that aimed to captivate and reassure. CARSOME’s “Goodbye Problems” campaign is not just a visual delight; it’s a strategic journey. The concept is clear and friendly, drawing attention effortlessly.

Crafting the “Goodbye Problems” campaign was akin to painting a canvas with clarity and warmth. Our strategy was clear: to create a fun and friendly visual language that would resonate with Thai audiences. Yellow, CARSOME’s corporate color, took center stage, connecting the brand with optimism and reliability. But here’s the twist – our “problem characters” donned black costumes, symbolizing the annoyances buyers often face when purchasing used cars.

Focusing on CARSOME’s vibrant corporate color, yellow, the design tells the story in two phases. Phase one introduces who we are and what we do, setting the stage for phase two – how we can help. At the heart of it all is CARSOME’s tagline: “Buy/sell used cars must be CARSOME. Confident Easy just as counting 1 2 3.” It’s more than words; it’s a promise.The result? More than 50% of respondents now recognize our tagline, with 36% identifying it as CARSOME’s own. Our campaign performance soared above average, particularly on the “Unique” aspect.

As we wrap up this journey, we’ve achieved more than we dreamed of. With limited resources, we’ve successfully boosted brand awareness and trustworthiness. More than 50% of respondents now know our tagline, and 36% recognize our brand. CARSOME’s “Goodbye Problems” campaign isn’t just a design; it’s a solution. It’s about making used car buying and selling a breeze. Confident. Easy. Just as counting 1 2 3. 🚙✨
